One example; a regular patient saw us and was limping from severe back pain. It was only when the chiropractor asked how things were going in her life that the patient released some tension caused and linked the emotional stress they were having with the pain that the body was expressing.

The body-mind connection is very powerful. Your brain sends signals throughout your body to communicate to organs travelling through your nerves. As the spinal cord is the core pathway from the brain, any injuries or pressure on the spinal cord or nerves can disrupt normal functions and send signals back to your brain that something is wrong.
